Featuring 70 design-lead rooms, an iconic Chez Mal Bar and Brasserie and spectacular SORA rooftop Sky Bar & Asian-Fusion Restaurant, our newest property promises to deliver the style and fun you've come to expect from Mal plus some exciting new developments!
Malmaison Hotel is looking for Kitchen Porters with Immediate Starts available.
You scrub up well… responsible for the general cleanliness of the kitchen and staff areas. Kitchen Porters will be required to assist the kitchen brigade by ensuring that the kitchen is maintained at a high level of cleanliness at all times as well as manage the pot and plate wash areas. It can be a demanding job but the rewards are worth it.
This is a great opportunity to join the kitchen team learning the ropes and how the kitchen operates from the ground up.
